WELCOME TO NIPTON!
| Located
in a 1940’s roadside general store building, the Nipton Trading
Post serves as reception place for guests of Nipton and for visitors
to Mojave National Preserve. It is also your source for unique gifts,
Native American jewelry and one-of-a-kind pieces.
The Trading Post has books, maps, history and general information on this vast and unique desert area.
Convenience goods are sold including groceries, sandwiches, pre-packaged snacks, chips, cold beer, bottled water, sodas, ice and a range of supplies important to desert visitation and travel. All California Lotto games are sold.
A 24-hour Laundromat and a 24-hour water draw are to found at the Nipton Trading Post. Store hours are 8AM Pacific Time to 6PM Pacific Time every day except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day when the store is closed.
