Food Service at Nipton

Chef William “Bill” Sarbello invites you to make the “Whistle Stop Oasis” your haven for relaxation and unexpected continental cuisine while on your desert travels and during your stay in Nipton. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the air conditioned and relaxed décor of the oasis located across the lane from the Hotel Nipton overlooking Ivanpah Valley in downtown Nipton.

A broad menu including Panini sandwiches, great burgers and vegetarian dishes are served on the lunch menu. The dinner menu includes home made Italian specialties, grilled chicken, steaks, chops and seafood as well as a selection of vegetarian favorites. An ice cream sundae will top off your delicious meal at Bill’s Oasis. Picnic lunches to go can be prepared on your order.


In the Dining Room

Relaxing by the indoor garden, a pool table, darts, games and ice cold beer and wine make the Whistle Stop an engaging place to wile away an hour or two out of the desert sun. The “wired set” can get connected on Nipton’s 24x7 Wi-Fi Network on line in the Oasis.
